An entry into the world of Human Design. You will learn the basics of Human Design, what it can offer you, how to generate your chart, details about the terminology and how to use your unique energetic blueprint to help you make decisions with greater ease all while developing deeper self-compassion. A general overview of the five energy types is included along with a bonus reflective exercise to help you integrate this wisdom. [INCLUDES WORKBOOK] Human Design is a synthesis system of many ancient modalities such as Western Astrology and the Hindu Chakra system. It provides you with your unique energetic blueprint based on your birth information which can help guide your decisions, understand your energy and have compassion for other beings. We welcome those new to Human Design and those who have been experimenting with their chart for some time… This workshop will focus on one area of the chart called Authority, also known as our intuition. Not everyone taps into their inner knowing in the same way, in fact, there are seven different types of authorities possible in Human Design. During our time we will explore the various authorities, move through reflective exercises and experience the support of grounding affirmations to help us trust our unique intuition.
