So you have uncovered the foundational concepts of your Human Design, whether it be through a reading, a class or just doing your own research. Maybe you tucked your notes away, thinking you will come back to them. You want to put the concepts into practice, but you don't know how, or what that looks like. I get it, because I've been there too. It can be challenging to actually apply the things you learn, especially when it involves experimenting with new practices, communicate or care for yourself. I often hear, "So what now?" after readings with my clients...
Which is why I created Collectively Designed, a 10-week community program to help deepen your understanding of your Human Design through real life practice of your design, all while being supported by a community of others doing the same.
This program is for you if:
You have a basic understanding of your Human Design but do not know how to apply it in your life
You are looking to enhance your self-care routine and discover tools to care for your unique self
You want to connect with others of different designs to learn their lived experience
You want to better understand how to communicate with others
You find it difficult to make decisions and want to learn how to use your personal inner authority
You enjoy learning, sharing and or reflecting on concepts in a group environment
You are seeking a supportive community

I am a 3/5 Emotional Manifestor put on this Earth to guide humans in their growth journey (but I also love gardening and taking care of my puppy Brackley!). I combine my experience as a nurse in Women's Health, training as a movement guide & passion for mental wellness into helping humans foster a deeper connection with themselves & the world around them. I believe self-care encompasses more than just movement and physical nourishment, but tending to the human needs of self-love, compassion for others & finding a supportive community. I look forward to growing alongside all of you in this special community program and can not wait to see what we create together.

When does the program run?
The program runs for 10 weeks beginning on January 10th, 2022. The final live program call will take place on Monday March 21st, 2022.
When are the live calls?
Every Monday evening from 7:00-8:30pm EST (8:00pm start for AST) via Zoom with the exception of Tuesday February 22nd in lieu of Family Day in Canada. If you are only able to attend part of the session or unable to attend at all you will have access to the recordings as well as the member forum to keep caught up between sessions.
What is covered in the program?
Please note, this is not a complete training of the Human Design System, but rather a community support program to help integrate aspects of your design, discuss your experiences with experimenting with your learnings & ultimately, help you learn to apply rather than being taught. Each session will have a different theme or topic, but may change depending on the needs of the group. It is recommended you integrate the work between each sessions with practice in real life!
What requisites are recommended?
It is recommended that you have had a Human Design reading before, or at least have a basic understanding of your Energy Type. If you have not had a reading prior please make a note in your booking form and your 1:1 session will be converted to a reading - it's recommended this is booked as early in the program as possible. There will be people joining during various levels of the human design experiment all with a unique wisdom to share!
What other time commitment will be required?
This program is your program, so you get to choose what you would like to put into it. Supplemental materials such as journal prompts and reflective questions, self-care tips & community forum participation is not mandatory, though highly encouraged to help you feel connected to the program and other members.
Why a group setting?
It's important to remember that self-care also includes relationships with other humans, and that community is a very large part of that. This group setting will help foster connections that you feel safe to share with and also help you learn through other's experiences. You may even find you make connections that last way beyond this program! Rest assured this program will be capped at 15 humans to ensure a meaningful & intimate experience.
How do I access the additional supportive resources?
You will be given a link to create your member log-in where you can access the resources, members only forum, call replays & more. You will also be able to book your 1:1 Reflection Session on your member page.
Will I be able to request additional 1:1 support if needed?
Absolutely, you can access email support through the program for questions. If a matter requires a more in-depth discussion you are welcome to book an additional 1:1 session at an added cost.

When beginning a journey of self-discovery, it can sometimes feel lonely. But it doesn't need to be. Community and group learning has been shown to improve feelings of belonging, boosts mental health, offers new perspectives & helps you find deeper compassion for others. When I began my journey into spirituality years ago, I felt alienated and like nobody else was doing something similar which is a big part of how this program came to be.
