Steff Sullivan Co. is committed to offering quality products and services, and your satisfaction of such offerings is extremely important. Please review the policies related to your purchase.
Human Design Readings & Group Programs
Given the nature of the services provided by Steff Sullivan Co. no refunds are available once the service has been provided. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact Steff at firstname.lastname@example.org to reconcile. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your Human Design Reading please provide 24 hours via email to email@example.com.
For Collectively Designed group program participants or The Embodiment Experiment 1:1 Program participants, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss refund and or cancellation prior to program start date - there are no cancellations or refunds once the program has begun.
In the event that there are not enough participants to run a group program, you will be notified via email and refunded in full for any deposits or payments made.
Virtual Movement Classes & Memberships
For virtual movement classes live on Zoom please provide 6 hours notice if you are unable to attend. You can choose to receive the class recording or use your class credit to book a future class or to request a refund contact email@example.com 6 hours prior to class start time. Cancellations after this time will incur the full cost of class. On-demand auto renew memberships can be cancelled at any time, you will still have access to classes until the end of your billing cycle. Cancellation can be completed through the “Purchases” tab of your account here or email Steff at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Refunds on Digital Products
Given the nature of the digital products (both e-books and on-demand workshops), no refunds are available once the service has been provided. Sharing digital downloads is strictly prohibited. If you are dissatisfied with your digital product please contact Steff at email@example.com to reconcile.
Refunds on Physical Products
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition that you received it. You must initiate your return request within 30 days of purchase, after this date returns cannot be processed. Items returns without requesting a return will not be processed.
EXCEPTIONS: There are no refunds or exchanges on gift cards, sale items or virtual products as stated above. Shipping costs paid at checkout are NONREFUNDABLE.
To return an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Once your return is received and carefully inspected, you will receive an email confirming return & the approval or rejection status of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be sent a return shipping label. You will receive a refund back to the original method of payment for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item, minus a 3% handling fee and the associated shipping costs for the return label. Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. It takes approximately 3-5 business days to show the refund on your statement. Returns from the US are subject to taxes & customs duties, which may be billed at time of shipping.
EXCHANGES: We do not accept exchanges on physical products at this time, though you can request a refund as stated above and repurchase the product you desire.
