Reawaken To Self
Women's Retreat
Friday, February 2nd to Sunday, February 4th, 2024
3-day, 2-night all inclusive
well-being retreat
This rejuvenating wellness experience is designed for individuals identifying as women that are seeking self-discovery, relaxation, and empowerment. Immerse yourself in a weekend of renewal while being supported by other women.

Together, we'll retreat at the exact midpoint between Winter and Spring, traditionally known as 'Imbolc'. This is a cosmically supportive time for conscious reflection and intention setting as we collectively prepare for the return of the light. This is an awakening of not only ourselves, but also nature after its own winter retreat.
Explore new experiences & your inner world through nourishing meals made with local ingredients & lots of love, movement sessions to get you into your body, time for grounding and journalling & unique workshops. Gather alongside local instructors, guides, & healers on the beautiful Prince Edward Island.
Land acknowledgement: the land on which we will gather is the traditional and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People, who have lived in Mi’kma’ki for over 12,000 years. Mi’kmaq know the island as ‘Epekwitk’, meaning “lying in the water”.

Jess Brown (she/hers)- Co-Creator & Facilitator
Jess is a project manager and has worked in sustainability and climate change for most of her professional career. She has a degree in psychology and was originally drawn to environmental work because of her connection to the natural world. Through her professional experience and natural inclination toward healing work, she has recognized that systemic and societal transformation starts with the self.
Jess has an intuitive and holistic approach to designing projects, spaces and experiences that aims to hold and deeply engage participants. She has felt called toward creating space for retreat for years, and in 2020 her family purchased what is now Beau View Manor. As she helped design and renovate the interior, she knew that an offering like the Reawaken to Self retreat was a cosmic inevitability. She is truly honoured to be able to offer this experience and to hold space for revelation, healing, and growth.

What Past Guests Have Said...
I cannot begin to explain how this retreat has changed my overall feeling of well being; I swear I have changed on a cellular level. It has been a week since the retreat ended, and I feel like the person I was always meant to be is blooming. There is still work to be done (isn't there always?), but this was the first step I needed.
The facilitators created such a safe, and welcoming space. I felt loved and cared for the whole weekend to be who I wanted to be. The meals that we shared, the bonfires. Everything was perfection.

A wonderful escape and reset from the daily rigors of life. An excellent opportunity to learn to rest and honor yourself in a safe space with like-minded people. My heart is overflowing with love, connection, and gratitude.
This retreat was incredible and life changing. I am deeply thankful to Steff for bringing everyone together, organizing this event, and connecting with us all individually on personal levels. I made memories that I will cherish forever and learned life skills that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
