Whether you are new to astrology, human design or both - we welcome you! Astrological Guide & Yoga Teacher Alyssa Fry will support you in understanding the basics of astrology while Steff Sullivan, a Human Design Guide & Intuitive Movement Practitioner, will review Human Design and how astrology plays a big part in it's teachings. You will leave with an understanding of both modalities and practical ways to implement their wisdom into your self-care routine to help you feel more connected, grounded & intuitive.
