Join us in the beautiful Gardens of Hope for a 60-minute low impact movement class that blends pilates, stretching & mindfulness into a full body experience appropriate for all levels (note: this is NOT a yoga class, you may get a bit sweaty!)

About the Experience
Join us in the beautiful Gardens of Hope for a 60-minute low impact movement class that blends pilates, stretching & mindfulness into a full body experience appropriate for all levels (note: this is NOT a yoga class, you may get a bit sweaty!). You will find modifications and gentle nudges throughout each class to listen to your body and stay in touch with your breath as you overlook River Clyde & indulge in the sights, sounds and smells. After class, feel free to take a walk through the gardens or connect with other participants. Leave this experience feeling grounded, connected and energized. Pre-registration is required. Class is $17+HST but a donation to The Gardens of Hope is greatly appreciated - you can add this onto your amount at checkout!
PREP/ARRIVAL:Â Please bring a yoga mat, water or a warm beverage, and lots of layers or a blanket. Shoes are optional to wear during class.
WEATHER POLICY: This class will take place outdoors under a covered terrace. In the case of unfavourable weather conditions (ie. extreme wind or rain) the class will be cancelled. You will be notified via email 2 hours prior to class, or sooner, and will be automatically refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide 12 hours notice for cancellation via email to hello@steffsullivan.co - no refunds will be permitted beyond this cancellation window.
YOUR GUIDE:Â Steff Sullivan (she/her) blends a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse in Women's Health and her certifications in Barre, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Pre & Postnatal Training into a deep rooted passion for self-care, intuitive movement and mental wellbeing. She strives to provide an inclusive and approachable movement class with various modifications to support how you are showing up to class at that moment.
