About the Experience

Join us in the beautiful Gardens of Hope for a Grounded In The Gardens Summer Series! These 60-minute low impact movement classes will blend pilates, stretching & mindfulness into a full body experience appropriate for all levels (note: this is NOT a yoga class, you may get a bit sweaty!). You will find modifications and gentle nudges throughout each class to listen to your body and stay in touch with your breath as you overlook River Clyde & indulge in the sights, sounds and smells. Leave this experience feeling grounded, connected and energized. Pre-registration is required. Your class price also includes a donation to The Gardens Of Hope which helps keep them flourishing for all of us to enjoy!


After class, feel free to take a walk through the gardens or connect with other participants. Ps. on July 5th and August 30th there will be a beautiful sound bath following class with Liz Faye starting at 11:00 am.


PREP/ARRIVAL: Please dress in layers and bring a yoga mat (if you are travelling and need a mat please request in advance), water, shoes are optional to wear during class.


WEATHER POLICY: This class will take place outdoors under a covered terrace. In the case of unfavourable weather conditions (ie. extreme wind or rain) the class will be cancelled. You will be notified via email 2 hours prior to class, or sooner, and will be automatically refunded.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide 12 hours notice for cancellation via email to hello@steffsullivan.co - no refunds will be permitted beyond this cancellation window.


YOUR GUIDE: Steff Sullivan (she/hers) combines over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse in Women's Health with a diverse range of movement certifications in barre, strength training, pilates, and prenatal & postnatal specialties. This unique blend fuels her passion for self-care, intuitive movement, and mental well-being. Steff is dedicated to creating an approachable class and welcoming space, offering modifications to meet you where you are in your movement journey. In each class, you'll find gentle reminders to tune into your body and connect with your breath. Steff believes movement is a powerful gift and is honoured to guide you back to your body with kindness and care.
