About the Experience

ABOUT CLASS: Join us in the beautiful Gardens of Hope for a 45-minute low impact movement class that blends pilates, barre, strength & mindfulness into a full body experience appropriate for all levels (note: this is NOT a yoga class, you may get sweaty!). You will find modifications and gentle nudges throughout each class to listen to your body and stay in touch with your breath as you overlook River Clyde & indulge in the sights, sounds and smells. After class, feel free to take a walk through the gardens or connect with other participants. Leave this experience feeling grounded, connected and energized. Pre-registration is required!

PREP/ARRIVAL: Please bring a yoga mat (a few extras will be provided if you are travelling please request in advance), water, bug spray & sunscreen as needed, shoes are optional to wear during class. Upon registering you will receive instructions on parking & how to get to the location.

WEATHER POLICY: This class will take place under the covered terrace rain or shine, but in the case of extreme weather conditions you will be notified of cancellation at least 2 hours prior via email and a refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide 12 hours notice for cancellation via email to - no refunds will be permitted beyond this cancellation window.

YOUR GUIDE: Steff Sullivan (she/her) blends her almost decade experience as a Registered Nurse in Women's Health, Certified by Barreworks Barre Instructor and National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer into a deep rooted passion for self-care, intuitive movement and mental wellbeing. Most recently, she also became a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach with Girls Gone Strong to further her support and understanding of humans throughout various stages of their movement journey and life. She strives to provide an inclusive and approachable movement class with various modifications to support how you are showing up to class at that moment.
