About the Experience
Join us for a 6-week Prenatal Pilates series designed to support strength, stability, breath awareness, and relaxation throughout your pregnancy journey. Each class is carefully crafted to help you build core and pelvic floor strength, improve posture, ease common discomforts, and cultivate a deeper connection with your changing body. The series focuses on pregnancy specific movement to support daily activities, labour preparation and postpartum recovery while honouring rest and nervous system regulation. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with others on their unique pregnancy journeys.
Classes are safe for all stages of pregnancy (with healthcare provider clearance) and welcomes all pregnant individuals, regardless of movement experience. Modifications and supports will be offered to meet you where you are week by week. Each class will close with a short guided meditation to promote relaxation and grounding.
Investment: $149.00 + HST
What to bring: Comfortable clothing and water. All necessary equipment (including a mat and bolsters) will be provided. Extra supports are welcome.

Space is limited to 10 participants to maintain a closely supportive environment. Registration is for the full 6-week series to help maintain continuity, connection and safety within the group. Once you register for the series, all classes will be scheduled in your account for you. Drop-ins are not available.

About your guide: Steff Sullivan (she/hers) is a Registered Nurse specializing in Perinatal & Fertility Health, a certified movement practitioner, and a passionate advocate for holistic self-care. With over a decade of experience supporting pregnant individuals in both healthcare and movement spaces, Steff blends her clinical knowledge with a nurturing, empowering approach. She believes in meeting each person exactly where they are, honouring the natural rhythms of pregnancy, and creating a space to help participants cultivate strength and connection to their inner world.
