Redefining Consistency Workshop

Let us guide you in exploring your personal relationship with consistency & habits. Perhaps you are judging yourself for not being consistent enough, or asking “why can’t I stick with this like they can”. Or maybe you are constantly holding a tight grip on your habits and patterns, struggling to find balance or feeling anxious if you are not consistent just one day. Maybe you float between both? Either way, you are in the right place…

This workshop will help you re-define what consistency means to you through both science and spirituality. Discover the conditioning you hold around consistency from societal structures, environmental factors, and/or your upbringing. You will have space to reflect, realign & learn practical ways to form habits rooted in science with compassion and acknowledgement of your unique energy blueprint and your desires.
