Human Design Guide, Steff Sullivan, will lead you through a two-hour introductory experience where you will discover what Human Design is and its history, how to understand parts of your birth chart and ways that this knowledge can support your self-care practice. If you love astrology, personality quizzes, chakra healing, and/or energetics, this experience may be for you. Whether you are new to Human Design or have some experience, you will learn the modality in a holistic way to help you read your own chart, or better understand other’s designs! All curious beings are welcome.

Using your birth date, time, and location your “Body Graph” (AKA your chart) can be generated, which provides you with a unique energetic blueprint that can help you understand ways in which you are designed to move through life, make decisions, experience other humans and care for yourself. Your energy blueprint can help you feel seen in a world that tells you you’re not enough and assist you in embracing your uniqueness while also finding compassion for other beings. Prepare to feel a coming home as you explore parts of you that have been waiting to be seen. All attendees will receive a workbook that includes summaries, supportive resources & reflection questions to help integrate the learnings.

Prior to this event, please generate your Human Design chart (it’s free!) via: www.steffsullivan.co/generate-chart. You will be required to enter your birth information, as exact as possible – if you are unable to obtain this information please estimate. You can save your chart on your mobile device or print it to bring to the event for reference.

Please arrive at the event with: your Human Design chart (printed or digital), your workbook (printed or digital), a journal & pen, sun & bug protection as needed, water, and a yoga mat or cushion to sit on.
