In this blog post I share about the gifts you hold as a powerful human being through the lens of the Human Design modality. Each of the five energy types hold potent and purposeful gifts that they can deepen their understanding of, embody & celebrate! When we lean into our gifts, instead of focusing on what we lack, we also being to experience ease, alignment and self-compassion. Reflector Gifts (~1.5% of population)
Sensing others
Able to feel into other people’s energies deeply from all 9 energy centres being open (white) & has a protective aura so although sensitive, are resilient too
Gauging authenticity
Not here for the small talk, reflectors want to go deep with you and can tell if you are out of alignment or being inauthentic which can be deeply difficult for them to be around
Seeing potential
Can see into what is possible for groups, communities and the collective and when approaching this from a states of surprise, delight or awe can remain curious and hopeful (as opposed to disappointed)
Objectivity
Constantly sampling the environment and communal energies reflectors can wisdom from many sides of the overall story and are gifted at sharing objectivity through these observations, not their own truths
Can deeply understand that everything is “we” so nothing is truly personal
Showing the truth
Reflectors can show you the mirror and what is not working, most specifically…be prepared to be exposed or see the truth in what is reflected back to you through their energy, sometimes even without their words
Manifestor Gifts (~9% of population)
Initiating action
Even though most of the world are conditioned to be initiators (which is not correct for their energy), manifestors are here to just do the dang thing but often repress this energy out of fear for what others may think or that they will be controlled
Carving a new path
A true fire starting, trailblazing energy that is meant to lead the collective into newness never seen or felt before
Protective aura
Sometimes felt by others as closed off or intimidating, this is aura is intentionally designed to protect the manifestor from external influence so they can continue to carve their unique path
Internal urges
The gift most manifestors ignore is the inner urges or surges of energy that come from within, some may call these downloads or messages from source, guidance that it is time to act (especially before the mind tries to take hold)
Creative flow states
Cycles of rest and flow, manifestors are not here to force consistency, but when in a creative flow state they are on (and probably do not want to be interrupted during it)
Projector Gifts (20% of the population)
Seeing big picture
A gift of seeing what needs to be done or seeing the overall process and how it can be managed or adjusted but not having the energy to do it, projectors must remember they are not here to do it!
Guiding creation process & resources
Often through asking questions versus telling people what to do, you are so wise, allow people to come to you for your wisdom and guidance
Deeply knowing others
The projector energy penetrates other auras allowing projectors to get a sense of what others are experiencing in their bodies & lives which further helps them guide though can be challenging to know self as deep as energy is directed outward most of the time
Open energetically
Often have a chart filled with many open energy centres (shapes are white) where they take in energy from others which can be used in powerful ways but can also be a source of burnout and feeling pulled out of alignment without enough alone time
Unique wisdom
Comes from energetic openness, a broad spectrum of energy, thoughts, feelings, beliefs and intuitions from others can help the projector know, guide and help others in a compassionate and holistic way
Manifesting Generator Gifts (~33% of the population)
Efficiency and speed
Famous for skipping steps, this energy can move FAST and often skips steps (and sometimes has to loop back on things) or learns things quite quickly and is left waiting for the rest of the energy types
Magnetic aura
Draws people, opportunities and energies in to respond to! Instead of having to use energy to initiate, this energy is designed to make space and find joy to harness it’s magnetism
Can create own energy
Every time manifesting generators respond to something that lights up their entire body and soul they get a surge of energy that can propel them into the next response which can create more and more energy
Multi-tasking
A gift unique to manifesting generators, the energy can shift gears and focus quite fast, and to some may feel chaotic but to the manifesting generator is just their process - they are designed to have a lot of things on the go and their energy can support it!
Gut knowings
The sacral centre (second box from the bottom of the chart) is a powerful part of this energy that allows you to feel into what lights you up and where much of the manifesting generator energy sits in
Generator Gifts (~37% of the population)
Follow through
Generators are designed to complete processes initiated by others and when lit up by what they are using their energy for can be incredibly focused and complete things which feels deeply satisfying to this energy
Magnetic aura
Draws people, opportunities and energies in to respond to! Instead of having to use energy to initiate, this energy is designed to make space and find joy to harness it’s magnetism
Can create own energy
Every time generators respond to something that lights up their entire body and soul they get a surge of energy that can propel them into the next response which can create more and more energy
Mastery of a craft
Unique to generators, this energy enjoys the process of learning and developing one skill at a time and achieving mastery in said skill, which can be satisfying when the generator is in alignment with it
